IT IS FURTHER AGREED and understood that in the event Randy Snow is unable to attend the event, for whatever cause except cancellation by Client, then the Client is not responsible for payment of any sums hereunder. Should the event be canceled by Client, for whatever cause except acts of God, within 30 days prior to the scheduled event then the Client shall pay 50% of the above described fee, plus any expenses incurred by NO-XQs, Inc. prior to receipt of notice of the cancellation.

It is agreed and understood that by submitting the above offer, the above information comprise a legal binding offer, and that NOXQS, Inc shall have a period of 10 days, after the receipt, to either accept or reject. If notice of acceptance is not delivered to client within 10 days then the offer shall terminate.
